I am a new patient to the surgery and can't praise the staff I have come across so far enough. The young man (Chris) who gave me the necessary paperwork was very pleasant and friendly. The gave me lots of information about the Practice, i.e. names of doctors and their sex. Advised me who to see for family planning (practice nurse) and the procedure for booking appointments. He also directed me to the website which I found to be very clear and informative. Well done!!

The doctors and nurses are always very helpful. I think the reception area needs to be changed so that patients can speak to the receptionists on matters of a confidential nature if needed.

I think that if u call for results the call should be taken in private. I have heard the front desk tell patients results over phone for all waiting room to hear! Apart from this I have no problems with the surgery! Special mention to Martina a nurse here who always explains everything and was fantastic with my daughters injections she didn't let on to her what she was going to do but managed to keep me involved at all times.
